I’m a holistic self healer, journaler, writer, and a mom of two who wanted more out of my life than always feeling overwhelmed. Over the last couple of years, I have expanded the relationship I have within myself, and gained self trust, confidence, self worth and self awareness. At the heart of it all, is a fierce commitment to nurturing my well being, while encouraging others to do the same.

I know the immense amount of worth you hold inside of you… I am here to point the way for you to find it for yourself.
And while you are on that journey of self healing, isolation will allow for deep reflecting and growth, helping you connect to your true self. Resistance is a normal part of the process, but keep your journal close by to document your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Each moment is bringing you closer to self awareness and the self trust you desire.
